The “Gazou d’or” improv tournament is a yearly event that travels to different French school boards across the province.  Young improv artists from grades 7 and 8 will travel here with their teams and coaches to compete in the penultimate event and obtain provincial bragging rights.  This is the first time such an event is held in Northern Ontario and we will be showcasing mining with the theme “une mine de talents”.  A mine of talents.  For many of these students, this school trip is often their first time away from home without their parents.
